When The Lord saved me, it was prophesized to me that I would be a Missionary by many different saints of God, time and time again. Although I found that hard to believe, I received it. As my faith grew, The Lord elevated me in my walk, and clearly called me to the Evangelism field and gave me several visions.
One of those visions was to work full time for the Lord. Although I had my own ideas of how and when this would happen, The Lord said not your way, but my way and called me off my job to fulfill that vision in 2010. I was not sure because it was such a challenge, but God told me I wasn't depending on my job; I was depending on Him. Through my husband, Minister Donald Smith (who insisted it was God and that I obey Him), God confirmed His will. Even after that, I had typed my resignation later, but had not turned it in.
Then one morning before dawn, I was laying in bed meditating, wide awake, and I saw I a vision of my computer at work catching on fire and being consumed!! I immediately turned in my resignation that morning! I did not want to anger The Lord! God told me to say my reason for leaving was because "God told me to" and people would be blessed by it. When I told my Manager why, she said this was the greatest reason for leaving she had ever heard with teary eyes. October 8, 2010 was my last day working for man. And I'm loving it!
